Launch of Fanatics Sportsbook, Exclusive to the CT Lottery
Fanatics Betting & Gaming has soft-launched its sportsbook in Connecticut. The Fanatics subsidiary opened for business today offering both in-person and online sports betting in nine US states.
Fanatics Sportsbook has consented to become the Connecticut Lottery Corporation's (CLC) sole sports betting partner in conjunction with its launch.
This will be done through both mobile and retail channels, with Suzohapp-supplied self-service betting kiosks and new signage from Fanatics Betting and Gaming updating physical locations. In addition to offering coverage of all major sports, such as baseball, basketball, hockey, and martial arts, the sportsbook will be the official source of odds for all retail sports betting kiosks run by the Connecticut Lottery.
Working with outside vendors, Fanatics Betting and Gaming will manage the sports betting markets in-house.
Fanatics Sportsbook: Exclusive Release, Real-Time BetVision, FanCash Incentives
During the first week of the soft launch, there will be a limit of 2,000 customers on the online platform and distinct operating hours.
Fanatics predicts that the full launch will occur on December 18, 2023.
Through the Fanatics Sportsbook loyalty program, customers can also accrue FanCash, which they can then use to redeem bonus bets or merchandise on the Fanatics website. Thanks to a partnership with Genius Sports, the Fanatics Sportsbook also offers BetVision, a live sports betting product that lets users place bets while watching National Football League (NFL) games live on the app.
The Fanatics Sportsbook app is optimized for iOS and Android mobile platforms.
